Connectors are trusted community connectors who represent the heart, mission, and values of LittleBig. They are artists, entrepreneurs, creatives, and storytellers who already show up, create, and inspire within their circles. The Connector Program gives these individuals the structure and support to represent LittleBig with intention and visibility.

They will attend events, create content, amplify our brand story, and help others feel connected to the energy of LittleBig. This is an opportunity to shape a movement while growing personally and professionally.

LittleBig was never meant to be a space defined by one person. It is a community-powered platform designed to create connection, visibility, and momentum for creatives, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven individuals. 

Role Overview

LittleBig Connectors are passionate community leaders who embody the values of curiosity, creativity, connection, and joy. They are given exclusive access and visibility tools in exchange for representing LittleBig at events and in everyday life. It is a high-value partnership based on shared vision, access, and impact.

As a Little Big Connector, you’ll spend about 5–10 hours a month at two events and one leadership meeting…that’s it. You’ll earn $1,000/month to be our community champion, meet amazing people, and make things happen.

Responsibilities

Represent LittleBig at 2 + events per month such as gallery shows, community panels, fashion shows, or local activations

Attend one monthly Connector Call with the LittleBig COO to discuss events, strategy, and upcoming opportunities

Capture and share high-quality content from each event including photos, video, and stories

Participate in social takeovers to show behind-the-scenes or highlight community moments

Distribute LittleBig business cards with QR codes linking to our membership page
