Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator (Minneapolis Location)
Location: In-person (Hybrid), Downtown Minneapolis Studio
Status: Hourly, Part-Time (20–30 hours/week based on studio and event needs)
Pay Rate: $25-$35/hour (based on experience)
Start Date: August 2025

Overview

The Community Engagement Coordinator is a key, in-person role responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LittleBig Minneapolis studio space. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can manage both physical space logistics and digital storytelling.

The Community Engagement Coordinator ensures the space is welcoming, functional, and aligned with the LittleBig brand experience while also managing the studio’s social media presence, supporting internal content capture, and showing up as a visible presence within the local creative community.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Member Experience

  • Open and prepare the studio space Monday through Friday, ensuring the space is clean, functional, and ready for members

  • Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism

  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of conference rooms, studio bookings, and member usage

  • Serve as primary point of contact for technical needs (e.g., photo studio, podcast room, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, equipment)

  • Perform maintenance checks and coordinate with vendors or contractors as needed

  • Keep supplies stocked and organized at all times

  • Manage daily studio communications and member Slack channel as needed

  • Digitize and record training manuals and videos to ensure proper usage of all studio equipment needs 

Events & Brand Representation

  • Support all internal events held at the Minneapolis studio, ensuring smooth setup, cleanup, and member experience

  • Represent LittleBig at a minimum of one external community or brand-aligned event per month

  • Work collaboratively with leadership to plan, prep, and support LittleBig events in the studio

Social Media Management

  • Own the studio’s content calendar and posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook

  • Capture daily content of the studio space, members, and ongoing events

  • Coordinate and publish ambassador-generated content according to guidelines and cadence

  • Share member spotlights, testimonials, and community highlights

  • Monitor engagement and flag questions or DMs that need a response

  • Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all posts

Team Collaboration

  • Attend weekly check-in video calls with COO and relevant team members

  • Provide regular studio updates, flag issues, and offer feedback for improving the in-person experience

  • Communicate with ambassadors, guest speakers, and brand partners as needed for studio-related activations

  • Continuous communication with COO to ensure all needs are met and will have in person meetings as necessary 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a hospitality, events, membership, coworking, or studio operations role

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and short-form video creation

  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-moving environment

  • Detail-oriented and systems-minded with a calm, clear presence

  • Tech savvy and confident managing photo, podcast, or event equipment

  • Previous experience in a startup or early-stage environment is a strong plus

  • Friendly, inclusive, and committed to building meaningful community

  • Comfortable being on-site Monday–Friday with flexibility for evening/weekend events

  • Willing and excited to grow with the role and brand

Additional Notes

  • This is a Minneapolis-based position and is not eligible for remote work at this time

  • Schedule flexibility may be needed for evening and weekend events

  • Community Engagement Coordinator may have opportunities to grow into a full-time role as the business scales
